I’ve been brewing French Foreign Legion at home for the past few mornings, and it has quickly become one of my favorites. It’s bold and full-bodied with a rich, slightly smoky flavor, but it doesn’t have that burnt or overly bitter taste some dark roasts do. Smooth enough to drink black, yet strong enough to hold up with a little cream. Definitely a coffee I’ll be ordering again.
